Cinnamon Baked Apples
This delightfully fragrant apple recipe is great as a snack or dessert while on the HCG Diet, especially in the fall when apples are at their most flavorful - and least expensive in stores and local farmers markets. Keep this as your go-to recipe when your sweet-tooth is calling.
What you’ll need:
The first step is to core and slice the apples. Next coat them in the juice of a fresh lemon. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine a mixture of powdered stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves. Coat the apples in the cinnamon mixture and then place them into a non-stick casserole dish. Add the rest of the mixture to the top and sides of the casserole dish, and place it into the oven until golden brown. Enjoy!
