What you’ll need:
Brown the ground beef, then drain the excess fat. If using chicken, boil the chicken until done then use forks to shred the chicken. Next, add the spices and ¾ cup of water. Let meat, spices, and water all simmer. About halfway through, add in the minced garlic. Weigh out 100 grams of meat for yourself and serve on a bed of tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Prepare the rest with tortillas, chips, salsa, and cheese according to your family’s preferences. Enjoy!
