With football season starting, you may feel left out when everyone else has heavy, greasy, calorie-laden snacks. But never fear! These delicious onion rings are perfect for a game day treat or to accompany your favorite protein for a satisfying meal while on the HCG Diet.
What you’ll need:
First crush the melba toast into bread crumbs. Next add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and mix everything together. Cut the onion into slices. Take those slices and dip them one by one into the milk and coat the rings with the seasoned bread crumbs. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and place the coated onion rings onto a baking sheet evenly spread apart. Let the onion rings baked for about 15-20 minutes cooking evenly on both sides. Enjoy!
