What you’ll need:
Marinade the flank steak in apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, ¼ tablespoon of cayenne pepper, and minced garlic. Brown the steak in a large skillet on both sides. Keep juices in the pan and place everything in the oven on broil. While your steak is in the oven, get a large bowl and prep the asparagus. Mix asparagus, water, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Remove the steak from the oven, then remove it from the pan and allow it to rest. Add the asparagus to the pan, toss in steak juices, add water, sprinkle with dry spices and more garlic. Set your oven to 450 and bake until done. Slice your steak, and add it to a bed of your roasted asparagus. Enjoy!
