During Phase 1, the first of the two HCG injections are administered. Numbering 23 injections in total, they must be taken at the same time each day, with the right number of calories. Each injection contains a minimum of 125iu (or up to 200iu) of HCG. From the 3rd injection onwards, Phase 2 commences. During this phase, dieters consume no more than 500 calories a day for approximately 21 days. Weight loss between a pound, and a pound and a half per day can be expected. The 500 calorie diet must be continued until 72 hours after the last injection. Cha-Ching... Cost Expect to pay for the cost of the injections yourself.
