The HCG Diet has a very specific food list, especially if you're following Dr. Simeon's protocol or The Weight Loss Cure They Don't Want You to Know About by Kevin Trudeau. Use this food list to help keep you on track with your HCG Diet.
You can have 100 grams of protein, two servings daily:
Fruit (twice daily)
Vegetables (use veggies to fill in any calories not used by other foods)
Beverages & Extras
Remember that your calorie count should not exceed 500 calories per day. Adjust your vegetables accordingly.
